THE DEMONISATION OF THE POOR
Britain has the one of the lowest
rates of Benefit Payments in the European Community. Many of those
on Benefit also work in the casual sector in order to supplement their
payments and thus preserve life and limb. Poverty affects the racial
minorities disproportionately. The Government's threat to penalise
those convicted of "benefit fraud", so-called, will have
a seriously detrimental effect on those sections of the community
already now subject to greater rates of illness, disease and premature

colonialism, neo-colonialism and imperialism.
PROTECTING THE PAEDOPHILES AND THE
PEDERASTS
The recent campaign by the elite group's
client press against only individual child abusers has had the effect
of distracting public attention from the serious problems of the flagrant
psychological, physical and sexual abuse of children in care homes,
special schools and juvenile detention centres where the abusers appear
to have special dispensation and/or protection by authority.
Furthermore, in recent years, several
men in their seventies and eighties have been framed and, without
a shred of evidence, convicted on charges of sexually abusing children
in their care twenty or thirty years ago. The intention, here, of
the elite group is to attempt to demonstrate to the public that something
indeed is being done to counter the scourge of child abuse, and thus
distract public attention from the culprits who are abusing children
at this very time and who, for one reason or another are being protected
from arrest.
